When you think you are about to offend a person then why ask the question?

Once again Black Nurses concerns or "Subject Matters" stated by a TUBI REPRESENTATIVE of some kind are of no concern. TUBI validated this by saying,"This WILL NOT be forwarded to any employee with TUBI." My goodness! That"BLACK"Nurse will only say thank you for stating and giving even more validity of just how important my SUBJECT MATTER actually is for Black Nurses.! Devaluing us has got to be stop! A Black nurse is constantly said we are hostile, aggravated or aggravating! We walk on eggshells and overcompensate when there aren't reasons to do so. We hurt each other as well. We must stand up for ourselves at all times and form an alliance vs. being enemies. Thank you for your much needed support because most Black Nurses can and will be fired for this.
