Sometimes you can have the best intentions like doing a podcast, and then having a coughing spell in the middle of it. Our lives are full of good intentions, but how intentional are you really?

The struggle is real, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be dealt with alone, and yet it might be. We all have them, and some are even shared.

For me part of making sure that I don’t place my cell phone the back burner is not only to take care of my physical health and my mental health but also to take care of the environment that I live in that’s what this podcast is all about today.
