Schaefer was born in New York and served in the United States Army. After relocating to Tampa, Florida, Christopher noticed an opportunity and capitalized on it. He decided to create Tampa's Premier Nightlife Company, Legacy Production Group, as he noticed how much potential was in that industry. I got shot three times in 2009 during an attempted armed robbery and experienced a lot of traumatic young age growing up in a drug-infested neighborhood. I’ve been a lifelong entrepreneur.
