I recorded this last week! my computer was at the shop and I felt i had to keep going... Even though they didn't get uploaded. And today low and behold I lost my voice! The perfect time to use the recording.

What a huge ah-ha! We are creating the new 'reality'! Not just our little lives but the whole big new reality that is birthing for the expansion of soul. I love this experience! For the first time I get why I am here. For so long it seemed as though I was born in the wrong era. Not anymore!!

Honing in today on the choice you have to choose happiness and thus expansion every moment of the day. And by choosing to do this in at least 51% of the moments you will end the day in a better place than you started. Do this every day and in a year you won't recognize yourself! Imagine if you did 80%? Who would you be in a week?!

Are you complicating life? It is truly simple. Love is all there is! The Beatles right?! Men before their time! If it isn't love it is illusion. So what in your life is illusions and what is love?

For myself this is hitting an all new place.... The things that affect me in ways that feel heavy... must have love at the core..? So now I'm looking deeper than ever before. What is underneath the experience? What came before me judgement that something isn't right?
