Start to look for the upside in everything. That is how I began. Helps the mind to keep the connections active. So when we run into something that doesn't feel good we are less likely to run down the rabbit hole of victimhood.

I have this saying on my fridge that came to me one day. "Playing big in a small world." Kinda is what this podcast is all about. Once we realize that all the focus outside on the physical world is actually playing small we can choose to play big. We can begin to wonder how do you play big? Then the understanding comes little by little as we go within and things get easier and more fluid. As work and effecting become play.

I am playing guinea pig for all of you! In the midst of a pandemic as a single mom who lost all her gigs and two months of work, I was just asked to move out of my home of 9 years. It was a shock! However, I know that I am always co-creating and that I don't always know what that will look like.

So here I share the transitional moments. The ah-has and what now? Declare who you are! If you don't like what you said- change it! Know what you want! Yep, this could be hard if you learned only to bury your desires so you would not be let down. And be ready to follow the inspired action and receive the manifestation! I just manifested a home for my daughter and me. A fabulous opportunity for our next chapter! Which by the way I have declared will be all about fun and adventure!

It is in the quiet moments that I receive the most inspired action. I can be so distracted by people, things and all the goings on around me that I lose myself, my focus for what I want. This is all about frequency! What I want has a fantastic high frequency and when I focus on the clutter and my frequency falls from overwhelm, I lose the momentum for tuning into what I want!!!
