The past couple months with Bella, my 10 year old, have been so expansive. She has entered puberty and I never saw this moment coming. It was another place where I had been neglectful of cleaning and releasing all the the old beliefs I had accumulated over my life. So Bella is now getting the benefit of my healing my old beliefs.... As well it is massively aiding me in enjoying and creating a life full of fun.

We have made an art of keeping the people around us happy....rather than honor the fullness and expansiveness of our being, we have played small so those around us are no affected in a negative way... we don't want to feel or be responsible for others anger, disrespect, abandonment, failure, shame, confusion etc....

No more I say! Be your fully lit self and let others choose to use your light as they may. Wether they cower in fear or reach to embrace it that is solely their choice.

Diving into the idea that the stories we write tend to be the pain and nightmares we live.... or perhaps you've learned to write a joyful or happy story... They are just stories and in the long run bring us little happiness. However, dropping the story and learning to be in the 'now' co-creating with source is infinitely pleasing.
