What a great reminder of how this reality works! It's starts from within and we choose the direction! Contraction or Expansion! So simple and yet I falter many a day with laziness. My laziness is thinking it is no big deal to check out what is going on with the pandemic on youtube! The big deal is that the frequency of the videos is not about expansion and I willingly sit and let myself be infected by the low frequency. Then wonder why I feel so blah and uninspired to do ANYTHING!

Time to remember- who I am and how this reality works!

I realized that this poison ivy has burned off an entire old layer of me! My skin. Could it be a physical symbol for the re-birthing I appear to be in. Could it bed that this is a much more momentous time than I give it credit for? It will only be in hindsight that we will really know... But I do feel some shift happening and I am ready to ride the wave.

How do we create? Are we thinking it has to be something major and therefor opt out of co-creating on a daily basis? Time is now to create and you are either doing it or sleeping. It is as simple as presentness. This is why the practice of presentness is so important. Woohoo!!!!! The ideas will move you! As they say the spirit will move you. This is true. As you are present and the spirit/ ideas come you will not be able to resist. Enjoy!!!

Wow! My poison ivy is still working its magic. I am determined to love myself unconditionally through the entire experience. Gratitude and appreciation are my main tools.
