I love sharing my life! The focus today is on morning practices... No two people will ever have the same because a true morning practice is not a program. It is a way to center. And the way to center that aligns you is not necessarily going to work for someone else. And the practice you have today may not even be the one that works for you next week. They evolve along with you!
