Let's go big! Want to play and grow what you want? Kids do this without even thinking about it. Playing make believe is as simple as 1,2,3...

1. Notice where there is lack you'd like to change

2. What is the emotion behind the thing? ie... money=relax, car = freedom....

3. Write your new story which includes your lack in both physical form and emotional!! Make it as big as you can. Add color and smell... include the senses in your story. Tell the story or write the story and share with anyone you think would be receptive. Do not make excuses or defend why you are telling your story. It is fun and it works. Play big!

Being aware and walking through a personal block is a powerful thing to do. Today I share my most recent block I ran into while participating in "21 Days of Abundance" program. Had to do with sharing the process with others! I felt like someone hit me up with a chain letter program on day 5! What?!!! It was my strong desire to continue with the program that made me step through the fears I have. Whew. I am so glad I did because I really learned about what still holds me back. Thank you!

Today is a perfect day to be reminded about the two options you have as physical consciousness! Illusion and Unconditional Love! Those are the only two choices. I love that it is that simple. My practice is to do my best to live this in every moment of my day. It really keeps me on my toes when I get frustrated with Bella or irritated with a friend. Always easy to find the things wrong around me when my frequency slips! The trick is to catch this and turn it around. Raise my frequency so I can have access to another perspective!

Today it's all about prayer!! What is the difference between prayer, affirmation and intention? I am myself seeing the potential of prayer as a form of relationship with non-physical. How did I miss this all these years? I was to the place of recognizing every thought is a prayer... So I minded my thoughts. However, I wasn't actively using this connection for the purpose of creating. We can all do this!!

I am so going to blow up my paddle boards today! Thanks to our sessions here I am inspired to tap my feeling of success. All around life is so good and yet many are in fear. Many are scared because of the stories on the news and internet.

What if change were always good? Maybe we have been taught to fear change so we spend so much time and energy of our life controlling the outcome. Only to realize we missed out on enjoying any of it. Remember the movie "click"? Time to enjoy the moment, even if it is in the middle of a pandemic!

Sometimes a reminder that Abundance is a choice is needed. No matter what situation you find yourself in there is always something you can be thankful for. In my own life no matter how dire a situation seems I have made a point to find the good. This practice has served me well and taught me that my happiness is my responsibility. And all it takes is a pivot in thought to change my experience. I have never been a victim since I learned this.
