I am just reminding myself today that I create my reality! I know this and yet with all this new I began to look outside of myself for answers. My experience tells me there are no answers outside of me and when I go there it very quickly feels blah!

The truth within us is always centered around Love. Loving ourselves and loving others.... This is all there is. Yet if we allow others to be our truth we will then have access to fear, anger, anxiety....

There is much to be grateful for now. Start there and quickly you will see the change, within you. Then you see the change outside of you.

We are still in lock down with the virus. It is still in the early stages in the USA. No telling what it will do... When it will leave. But here we are living our lives with all new boundaries. This is allowing for many people to see where they have been on auto-pilot and an opportunity to de-clutter themselves. By bringing awareness to this now moment and seeing with clarity the things that we don't like and the things we do like. Showering both with love and gratitude. Then releasing and transmuting that which we don't like. When we let go of these from love they automatically transmute back to love. We don't have to be playing tug of war with these forever.

This period is a beautiful time to take notice of yourself. With Meditation as a tool to reconnect with self you can go further faster with raising your frequency. You will also be able to maintain your alignment longer through out your day! As well, your awareness will be expanded... More authenticity, more inspired action, more love.

Language need not be a barrier anymore to knowing the truth around us. It would be lovely if people knew they could hear the world around them with more than their ears, and that they definitely communicate with the world in many more ways than just their voice.
