We don't give enough credit to the synchronicities in our life which are helping us see the new and recognize the opportunity! At my tuesday night workshop we found a fantastic template show up in the channel to assist us all in some hands on releasing of the old and setting up focus for the new to come. Very powerful and fun. It has to be fun for me or I won't do it!! I've never been a new years goal setter so I was pleasantly surprised to have a program unfold just for me!

Having this little epiphany about food has been amazing. Seeing how different foods and my relationship with them are all based on the frequency. This is so obvious yet until I said it that simply I was not acting on this. Now I so clearly understand how at one point in my life I was effortlessly tiny and how at other times I have been more curvy! And too how I relate to food has a definite frequency, like boredom, dis-interest and escape! I'm ready to move forward with a new higher frequency view and experience with food!

My world is an exciting journey. It is always surprising me and I'm constantly having to remind myself not to take it all too seriously. It used to be that I would have one maybe two ah-ha moments a year! Now they come regularly. I know how to make myself available for them and to receive them. Like magic and this completely turns the rules of living in this reality upside down. I love my life and look forward to the next ah-ha!

Looking deeper into me! Have I gone through life seeing myself as normal? Recognizing that when I look at everyone as a whole I am truly the oddity. hmmm.... That changes things a little bit. I begin to see myself through the eyes of others. What an odd experience. This does liberate me though and helps me to understand that my experience is not others experience!

What is an Ah-Ha moment? Do you have these often? Would you like to? What if the only work to do was to raise your frequency and then everything you want will follow? I am onto this!! While this is completely against everything we have been taught I believe in the power of raising frequency!! Do this for a week and let me know your results.
