Do you feel disconnected from your world? I think this may have happened when we began to trust our mind to do everything beyond our senses. A big part of this starts with labeling everything. I suppose we do this for the basis of communicating with others and knowing what each other is talking about. But what if these labels were some of the first ways we disconnected with our world. Once something is labeled we no longer look at it or experience it. Whew!!! Using your sense on purpose can change a lot right now! Come back to your body and feel the world, taste it! Listen to your world. Really look at things around your without judgement. Then see if you can smell without judgement. It is important not to judge when using your senses unless you are in creating mode. Allow yourself to be fully present today!
