With the likes of BTK and Bob Berdella, the crimes of Richard Grissom often get overlooked.  For weeks in 1989, Kansas City held it's breath as young women would disappear without a trace.  Later it was discovered that smooth talking Grissom had access to their apartments.  He was able to make them disappear after taking all their money to keep his painting company afloat.

To this day three of his victims have never been found.  He continues to taunt police by refusing to give up the locations of their bodies.  Joan Butler, Theresa Brown and Christine Rusch have yet to be laid to rest.
