From the Twin Cities Film Festival -- DriverX was written and directed by Harry Barrial and it stars Patrick Fabian as Leonard Moore, a husband and a father who takes a job as a driver for an Uber-like company in order to make more money. As the nights go on and the more he becomes accustomed to this lifestyle, Leonard's seemingly perfect life with his kids and wife (Tanya Clark) begins to take their toil in this very good dramedy.

In 1974, Tobe Hooper shocked the world when The Texas Chainsaw Massacre was released.  This film wasn't just a horror film, it was a ride into hell. With its documentary style approach, it felt like all the events that were taking place on screen, actually did happen. It was found footage way before it was ever even thought of as a genre. In 1986, Hooper made a sequel that was met with some hatred when it was first released. Now over 30 years, it may be the best sequel this series ever made.

Requiem for a Dream is an intense drama focusing on the lives of four Coney Island residents and their decent into addiction. Written and directed by Darren Aronofsky, it's cast includes Ellen Burstyn, Jared Leto, Jennifer Connelly, and Marlon Wayans.

The People Under The Stairs was written and directed by Wes Craven and it features Ving Rhames, Brandon Quentin Adams, Everett McGill and Wendy Robie. It was released right after Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare and before Craven's A New Nightmare. Most of Mr. Craven's movies after A Nightmare on Elm Street were never well-received with movies like Deadly Friend and Shocker.

Just like one of the movies we will be discussing, this episode of Cinema Recall took over four years to complete. The Vern and guest David Duprey (The Owner of That Moment In) have been talking about doing a show all on Blade Runner forever. Now with the recent release of Blade Runner 2049, they can now discuss their favorite moments from the 1982 original and talk in more detail about it's 2017 sequel.

Blade Runner 2049 is a 2017 sci-fi thriller about a young blade runner's discovery of a long-buried secret that leads him to track down former blade runner Rick Deckard, who's been missing for thirty years.

Exte: Hair Extensions is a 2007 comedy horror film about hair extensions that attack the women that wear them.

On this episode Stephen and Elwood look at the killer hair extensions movie "Exte" aswell the weird yet fantastic cinema of Sion Sono a director who many see as picking up where Takashi Miike's outlaw period ended. We look at Sono's career, Takashi Miike's 100th film as well as discussing the death of physical media rentals plus much more.

Directed by Darren Aronofsky, Mother! stars Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem as a couple who are busy fixing up their home after a fire. Well she is fixing the house while he tries to write a new poem. Their tranquil life is disrupted when a stranger played by Ed Harris knocks on their door. Later they are joined by Michelle Pfeiffer and soon things get become very strange.
