That Sounds Gay

This week I wanted to talk about something that is very much in the sightlines of many queer people, and that's polyamory. I wanted to open the door to this conversation, so this isn't the final thoughts on this topic.

The hardest thing I've discovered, is trusting in your gut. It's so easy to follow along the patterns of survival that have gotten us to where we are in life, but so hard to trust that voice inside us that often times is more correct. Learning to trust in that is so critical to your success in so many areas of your life, and it comes with retraining your mind to listen to your gut instead of what your go to responses are.

Every year, we measure our next year by things we want to accomplish, and those things are often not sustainable, because they are short goals. In this episode, I wanted to talk about how I like to manage goals, and how I think goals can be accomplished for another year of your life!

This week, I wanted to talk about something that is very close to me personally and how the word "love" has been often misused and often, weaponized, to gain something favorable. It's very hard to understand true and real love, and even harder to understand when it is being misused.

We're in the height of the holidays, which is insane that the year is already over, but I wanted to offer some encouragement for everyone running around in the business of the holidays.

I wanted to talk about the death of Twitter and gab a bit about where I think things are moving. The formation of digital spaces is a fascinating conversation when we consider it's how so many of us connect with each other.

I decided to jump into some true crime and talk about a serial killer who was so supremely messed up and affected the perception of queer people even to this day. This is the story of Fritz Haarmann the Vampire of Hanover.
