Robert Durante, is an Executive Coach, Career Mentor, and storyteller. He facilitates a unique Career Support group that focuses on individual empowerment and leadership development for executives. One of the many things he helps people to develop is their story> He trims that old-school elevator pitch from 60 plus seconds down to 15. A direct example of this describing Bob would be "I am career mentor Bob Durante, forget the resume and cover letter for a moment. As a job seeker, the most important tool in your arsenal is your story as a career counselor I can help you author a new professional narrative that will lead you to your next opportunity..." Join TST Host Nick Koziol, to learn from Bob Durante about the Western New York Executive Candidates group and the stories that he has helped to develop for over 700 career landings.

The Bairs Foundation:
The Bairs Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps people suffering as a result of a catastrophic accident. They provide financial assistance to families that need help paying for basic living expenses during the course of litigation.
The for-profit, non-recourse industry is unregulated. Many players in the litigation finance space have business models that make the cost of capital exorbitant for plaintiffs. But access to capital for families enduring a personal injury lawsuit (even at very costly rates) is so often preferred over letting go of the quest for justice. Funding families in need during the course of litigation is critical to the civil justice system. The Bairs Foundation provides low-cost access to capital so families have the resources to go the distance with their lawsuit. They offer low, simple interest in the name of the Seventh Amendment.

Stash was an entrepreneur from birth. You will find her hard at work and always with a determination to find ways to solve problems. One of her successes came from an accident. LaceLockers, began when she was running and tripped because of loose laces. When most people fall they get up to dust themselves off, take a quick look to ensure no one saw them go down, assess the damage, get fixed-up, move on along and try to forget it happened. Stash got up with an idea to make sure that laces would be "Never Loose Again". Stash is an entrepreneur, athlete, coach, and mentor. She continues to make a difference by creating scholarship opportunities for first-generation college students.
