This was a tough episode to record...I didn't mention because it was too difficult to get into without getting too emotional. This past week, I went into a deep dark hole and I contemplated suicide. When I thought I was out of it, I was plunged back in after getting fired. I can't tell you that I'm fine now but talking about it and keeping busy helps. I hope listening to this episode reaches someone out there that might be going through something similar. If you are, you're not alone.
