This week, I thought it would be good to go over some of the exercises and work I've been doing in this episode. The past 6 sessions my phycologist has been giving me some stuff to take home, for me to recognise some of my bad thinking habits and some coping mechanisms. I hope if anyone is struggling with identifying any problems or not sure what it means, this episode might give you some insight or might encourage you to also speak to a professional. Also a quick thank you to @thefitmumplan for chatting with me, because of that I thought of this episode idea!
I'll post on instagram some of the sheets that has more info from what i was saying in the podcast, maybe you can identify similar things to what I'm describing.
