First, The plaintiff says she met the defendant through her job and they had a physical relationship, but it ended. She claims she loaned the defendant money, but she’s suing because he never repaid it. The defendant admits he received money from the plaintiff, but he claims she told him not to worry about repaying it. 

Then, The plaintiff says she wanted to breed her poodle with the defendant’s dog, and they agreed she would get two puppies. She argues she only got one puppy, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant insists she never guaranteed the plaintiff two puppies. She’s countersuing for lost wages. 

Plus, The plaintiff brings her brother to court. She says they were never close growing up, but their relationship got better with time. The plaintiff says her brother asked her to rent a car for him and they got insurance on it. She claims he damaged the rental, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the damages weren’t his fault.
