A word of encouragement about coming to the realization that God is everything, and that He is the only one that can help when you're in need.

God is looking for intercessors; people who will stand in the gap and pray for the land--specifically the people of the land. Will you stand in the gap?

With the rash of terrorist attacks in the world today, we do well to be on guard. Terrorists seek out soft targets; places that are unguarded and vulnerable. Satan, the ultimate terrorist, also seeks soft targets. Individuals unguarded and unprotected by Christ, because they won't serve Him.

Speaking to your soul is an overlooked dynamic of the Christian life. What it amounts to is simply encouraging yourself in the things of God--but beware not to speaks lies to your soul, or ignore it; there can be a heavy price to pay.

Many excuses have been put forth as to why people don't serve God, but scripture gives us only one definitive reason. Do you know what it is?

It's so important to remember where the power and enablement to do God's will comes from; it's certainly not in our own strength. If it's His work, it has to be done by His Spirit.

The very thing we should be willing to do, is the very thing many Christians have trouble doing. What is it? Giving God everything. But besides our hearts and our devotion, what else does God want and deserve from us?

The choice is clear. Life or death; blessing or cursing. Scripture says that we should choose life that we might live. Have you chosen the way of life?

Scripture speaks very clearly about the need for personal holiness. But let's be clear, Satan will do anything within his realm of power to come against that high calling. Anything. He will use people, problems and circumstances to steal your testimony. But thank God that HE IS FAITHFUL!

What should be obvious, sometimes is not. Holiness cannot be forced upon the unsaved. We should not presume that all are saved. Before anyone can hope to holy, they first must be saved.
