That's What I Heard

In 1970s Ireland, the nation's youth were craving an escape - and music was going to provide it. Over the course of the next few decades, what had been a gigging backwater was transformed into the centre of the live entertainment universe. Fields of Dreams tells the story of that remarkable change through the trailblazers who made it happen.

Sean and Carly are joined in the studio by the incredible Marcus Cowzer, a therapist and overall beautiful human being, who is here to give the guys a crash course in therapy and minding your mental health. Marcus was inspired to get into therapy after a difficult bereavement following the loss of his father. He speaks to the guys about some of the changes he has made in recent years, and gives some very inspirational advice throughout the episode.
