Some places open your eyes. While others, never let you sleep. 

'Sleepless in Saket' is an episode that's really an exploration of a month I spent in Delhi, in the year 2017. I stayed in a ‘youth hostel’ in Saket that ended up changing my life. I wrote this show in beats. Meaning, nothing was really scripted rigidly, we just spoke on the fly and the conversation took off. And yaar, it was super fun.

This was hopefully the first of many. With these LIVE sessions, I wanna bring back what we missed out during the past few months: Having a real freakin' conversation. Offline.

Not just the artist behind the song or the creator behind the filter. The song's legacy is unexpected, but important. Listen to the entire episode to hear what I'm talking about!

AIB and Advertising go back a long way. 

Tanmay Bhat and his motley crew did a video called 'A Tribute To Classic Indian Ads' featuring the a cappella group Voctronica, back in 2014. 

Cut to 7 years later, AIB doesn't really exist. But the brains that ran the show still do, albeit behind hyperactive individual IG accounts or clickbait-prone YouTube channels. 

I think with the CRED films, starring the affable Rahul Dravid to the raunchy [yes, that's how I'd like to describe him] Jackie Shroff, the writers have subverted what Indian advertising has done in the past. And that's pretty exciting for what lies ahead.

I watched this film about two weeks ago. But it's just one of those pieces of cinema that stay with you. 

In this 4-minute episode, I analyse COURT's distinctive approach to cinematography, and how the film is so much more than a mere courtroom drama. 

The film has been written and directed by Chaitanya Tamhane, and has been produced by Vivek Gomber, who has also acted in the film. 

Vira Sathidar, the protagonist of the film, recently passed away due to complications from COVID 19. May his soul rest in peace. 

This episode is dedicated to all those people who've been fighting to get through. Of course, episodes likes these aren't gonna magically improve what's happening around us. But even if it managed to entertain you for a mere 4 minutes of your day, I'll be more than happy.
