I have been inteviewed AGAIN!! I had the absolute honour of being interviewed by Les Bubka recently for his 'Accidental podcast or something like that' podcast! We discussed all things Karate, mental health, our dislike of presenting on both audio and video platforms. We had many similarities, and it was a great conversation.
