That voice that says you can't or you're not good enough' life and mindset coach Jacqui Taaffe wants to teach us to embrace that inner critic she believes that by knowing why this voice is there we can work with it to improve our lives. She is running a workshop on this next week. It's official men are more vain than women and Sinéad has found a study to back it up.
