    Niamh Walsh journalist with the Irish mail on Sunday wrote an article mocking and ridiculing politicians clothing choice at the recent Fianna Fáil think in one of whom was local Senator Erin Mc Greehan, Sinéad invited image consultant Maria Macklin from House of colour to discuss the hurtful comments made in the article and how this could impact on self esteem when it comes to dressing confidently.

  • Actor writer/director Baz Black on Kin, writing, and directing his feature length film debut
    Sinéad caught up with actor/writer and director Baz Black from Drogheda who is in Cannes hoping to drum up support for his feature length film debut 'Dublin Crust' which he hopes to start production on next March, his short film 'Merrow' has picked up a string of awards and is screening on the film festival circuit. As well as this Baz has been busy acting in RTE drama Kin, Pulcinella with Jamie Winstone.

    In 2018 the inspirational Fr Tony Coote embarked on a journey walking from Donegal to Cork despite the fact that he had been diagnosed with motor neurone disease and his condition was deteriorating Tony decided to do the walk to raise funds and awareness of the Irish motor neurone disease association. This weekend marks the IMNDA walk while you can fundraising challenge and Tony's brother Ciaran Coote told Sinéad how important it is for us to support this amazing walk Tony started.

  • A fitting tribute to 1 of Ireland's greatest singer/songwriters Liam Reilly
    Stephen Hand keyboard player with Dundalk based wedding band the urge was a personal friend of the late Liam Reilly of Bagatelle and he along with guitarist Denver Rafferty and Eurovision singer Eamon Toal wrote a beautiful song in tribute to a man whose legacy as one of Ireland's most gifted singer/songwriters will live on. The song is called Avenue Man, Eamonn and Stephen told Sinéad what inspired them to write this tribute.
