If you spot a middle aged man wearing nothing but a pair of blue speedos and walking boots don't be alarmed it's Speedo Mick the legendary Liverpudlian who is on his giving back charity tour of Ireland and the U.K. Mick told Sinéad how he fell on tough times in his younger years turning to alcohol and drugs becoming homeless, he hit rock bottom but through a lot of help he overcame his demons, set up an amazing charity and is on his way to raising €1million for worthy causes.

A fundraising challenge with a difference as Pat Rooney from Carrickmacross will attempt to climb Croagh Patrick with 15 litres of water strapped to his back to raise funds for impoverished communities in Uganda, he wants to raise funds and awareness of the great work Wells of life charity are doing. Aidan Jordan retired teacher from St Patrick's classical school Navan set up the Irish branch of the charity he told Sinéad how they hope to continue providing sustainable wells for Ugandan people.

In May of this year David Butler from Kilbeg joined Sinéad on the show to make a special appeal on behalf of his 8 year old son Bear who has additional needs. Bear who is just 8 hadn't been outside his house in over a year as he needed a specially modified vehicle to transport his bigger motorised wheelchair. The family couldn't afford the huge cost of the vehicle so they set up a go Fund me page. The response to David's plea for help was huge. He updated Sinéad on their situation.

Author Sue Russell was never really a cat person until Scrappy arrived in her yard some years back, he was always getting up to all sorts of adventures so she was inspired to write a children's book during lockdown based around how she imagines he might have ended up in her garden. Artist and illustrator Margaret Mc Kenna painted the images that bring the book to life, both ladies joined Sinéad for a chat about 'Scrap the cat finds a home'
