A nursery school in the U.K has gotten rid of all their toys! As part of a unique 1 month trial the young children have been exploring different kinds of play. Matt Caldwell  Head teacher at Illminster Avenue Nursery School in Bristol joined Sinead on 11-1 to discuss how the benefits this trial has had on the children.

Sinéad is very sleep deprived on 11-1 today as her son keeps waking up at night. Help is at hand as paediatric sleep expert and Author Lucy Wolfe shared her vast knowledge on children's sleep habits and had lots of advice to ensure peaceful households and restful sleep. Lucy recently helped celebrity couple Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews ensure their little boy gets a good night's sleep.
