My husband and I are running this challenge at his boutique fitness studio, TS Fitness in Manhattan, and it's all about transforming not just your body, but your relationship with food.

You’ll get a personalized recipe guide I’ve created, plus easy-to-follow PDFs to help you stay on track and learn more about nutrition. We’ll also be using an app called Coach Catalyst for ongoing support and to answer any questions throughout the challenge.
