Welcome back to Season 2 of the podcast. The subject of season two is resilience, my version of where it comes from and my interpretation of where we are now. The point of this season is to understand what resilience is, and how we can better prepare ourselves to adapt and in turn become more resilient.
If you disagree with my thoughts that is fine, I don't profess to be a specialist in cavemen theory (excuse my poor description) but seek to offer my thoughts on a topic that is really important.
Through the interviews we conduct in season 2 we will look to talk with people who will provide some hints and tips on how you can use their advice to improve your resilience.
However you will need to do some work by trialling and testing these tips, and I would welcome any feedback whatever that looks like.
