Around 12 years ago I met my good friend Brian McCready or as I’ve always had him stored in my phone book “Brain Man Bri” 🧠.

You won’t find Brian on any form of social media and he’s certainly not a celebrity or in the public eye. If you bumped into Bri on the street you’ll find he’s a pretty quiet man who keeps himself to himself. But the moment he starts talking or you get into a conversation you know there’s something different about Bri. If there’s one thing Bri has helped me understand personally is that one of the greatest gifts we can give to anyone is information or a new idea which in some way opens them up to a better/different way of thinking.

If you want to improve the quality of your life in any way it starts by improving the quality of your thoughts and overall perspective of how you view the world.

One conversation with him around 12-13 years ago changed my whole life so I’m very grateful and exited to have Brian as my first guest of 2023 on the #3% Podcast.

I’ve been a friend of Lee Butler for the best part of 20 years and how he’s managed to completely turn his own life around overcoming his addiction to drugs and battling through some really dark times is a true testament to his inner strength and character.

Luke talks about his struggles recently and in his years prior to starting Shredfast and how he manages to continuously overcome the hardships. 

Molly McCann (born 4 May 1990) is an English mixed martial artist. She is a former Cage Warriors Flyweight Champion and currently competes in the women’s flyweight division of the UFC. 

She is also a proud advocate for the 'Weapons Down Gloves Up' initiative encouraging young people away from a life of violence and into a life of mixed martial arts instead.

The first guest of the 3% podcast is a very good friend of mine.  He held the WBC cruiserweight title from 2016 to 2017, and challenged for the undisputed cruiserweight championship in his final fight. At regional level, he held the British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight titles between 2010 and 2014, the European cruiserweight title from 2015 to 2016, and is a three-time ABA heavyweight champion as an amateur.He is also a proud family man and has starred in Hollywood movies along side the likes of Sylvester Stallone in Creed.
