Not too much to say here in the description, this is gonna be a little year end round up episode. I'll be briefly going over my favorite anime, games, and music this year, giving them all a final little geek out. I'll also be giving some final thoughts of the year, and an overall reflection of how it has impacted me. The podcast will return with episode 71 (Season 4) on January 1st, we'll have plenty of hot takes, opinions, and surprises coming at ya so be excited. Hey all, this week I'll be discussing fanservice, and I'll be using Fairy Tail as an example of when it's used far too much in a story. While I don't think fanservice is inherently a bad thing, too much of a good thing is always bad for you, and Fairy Tail as series is pretty much fanservice the anime. I'll also briefly talk about the Future Trunks arc of Dragon Ball Super too, kinda all over the place, but just wanted to get all my thoughts out for it. Hopefully you have a good time giving this one a listen, it was fun to just talk about a subject that's kinda silly and at the same time serious. Next week is the season 3 finale so don't miss it!

This week is pretty straight forward, we talking about context. I'll be mainly using examples from My Hero Academia, a series I feel uses a lot of context and deeper meaning within the dialogue to give their fight the extra push they need. I'll also be using an example from Yu Yu Hakusho (of course), the scene where Genkai & Toguro talk that final time. Context is key to storytelling, and even in our everyday lives, so I hope you enjoy this one. Next week we'll be talking fan service for episode 69 (noice), see ya then.

Hey all! Finally the final part to this review series is here, and I'm super hype to share it with you. This one is probably my longest upload thus far, and even though it wasn't intended to be, I'm happy I was able to get all my thoughts out. This final P5RR episode will cover the 4 major antagonist of the game, (Akechi, Shido, The God of Control, and Maruki) and how each one of them in their actions were trying to gain some form of control to succeed. It's something I've always thought about when talking about Persona 5, and how this idea of antagonist trying to gain control directly challenges the Phantom Thieves as they rebel against society. Hopefully you guys enjoy this one, and well be back to the normal Podcast setup next week.
