This 4th of July, we feel honored to review the history of the events that led to this special day in our nation's story. In calling to mind the signers of the Declaration of Independence, we are forced to see them for who they really were. Regular people. Just like you and me. Standing in the face of immeasurable odds. Working together- despite differences in age, occupation, and beliefs- to reclaim freedom. Regular people. Taking down tyrants.

On this Independence Day, let the stories of those that came before us serve as inspiration. In today's America, we once again find ourselves under the thumb of tyranny and oppression. Our Founding Fathers were called by courage to take action. In laying the foundation of our nation and signing their names on the Declaration of Independence that we celebrate today, they passed us the baton. Will you take it? When courage calls you, will you answer?

This is a message that must fall on the ear of every sheriff nationwide.

Sheriff Mack is most known for the Mack/Printz vs. United States case which determined that the Brady Act was unconstitutional, and in doing so, reestablished the significance of the 10th Amendment.

He has firsthand experience protecting the people in his jurisdiction from a corrupt and overreaching government. His aim is to help sheriffs around the country understand this same power and -more importantly- responsibility, is in their hands. It may just be the last way to save this country.

Yea, we heard... Fauci lied. Well, it turns out, so did everybody else. This week, Bri and Blaise go deep into the Covid-19 pandemic conversation. We are pleased to welcome Jared Bossly and Mike Klipfel back to The Fourth Box this week. The duo has taken on the fight against the carbon sequestering pipelines set to be laid through 3300 miles of the midwest.

These pipelines have led to complete loss of land and property rights. They pose a serious threat to everyone in the nearby vicinity. They are claiming eminent domain despite the fact that they are benefitting no one other than the major corporations who stand to earn some type of tax benefit (you guesses it - paid for by the American taxpayer). Not only that, but the projects of these corporations are being protected by governments big and small.

If not for individuals like Jared and Mike pushing back, these projects would be much further along. In the wake of recent news claiming this country's carbon sequestering efforts must quadruple by 2050, it is time for all United States citizens to wake up to this threat. It may not be on your doorstep today, but it very well could be tomorrow.

We have spent the last several weeks revisiting important conversations held at the 2024 CSPOA conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. We have chose to devote such a great deal of time to these conversations as we feel the threats currently facing our country are too big and too important not to share. This week, we are joined by former J6 prisoner, Casey Cusick.

This week, we continue our journey of highlighting the major themes of the Las Vegas CSPOA event. We continue to work through these topics because they are an abbreviated explanation of some of the most prevalent threats facing our country today.

Unfortunately, one of these threats is the lack of election integrity. Only a mere 37% of Americans believe the 2024 elections will be both “honest and open” to rightful voters. (pac.org) Most Americans count on elections to be the only solution to the problems facing our country. Yet, this statistic tells us that there is no faith in those elections.

This tells us the system is broken. On the Fourth Box, we frequently talk about the three subsequent boxes: soap box, ballot box, and jury box. We always mention that these three boxes have been compromised. This episode dives into some of the reasons we have formed the conclusion.

For the second session highlighting the largest talking points of the CPSOA annual conference, we are joined by South Dakota farmers and patriots - Jared Bossly and Michael Klipfel.

The duo has been a crucial component in the pushback initiative against a CO2 pipeline project set to pass through Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota where it will find its terminus. The pipeline is one of two current projects proposed by Summit Carbon Solutions.

The company, their benefactors, and their cheerleaders in political seats claim this project will be a miraculous step in the fight against climate change. Listen in, as it does not take much to debunk this particular lie. You'll find when it comes to lies, there is no shortage in this story.

The unfortunate truth is that all of this is being funded by our government. And when these private entities act outside the bounds of the Constitution in regards to private property, the local governing authorities and judiciaries not only allow the crimes to continue, but rather act in unwavering support of them.

We humbly ask that you share this message far and wide. The only thing keeping these criminals at bay is the voice of the community. As they will not stop trying to silence that voice, it is our duty to make it louder.
