The Deputy Leader of the Tasmanian Labour party and Member for Braddon Anita Dow has been here on the west coast this week and she popped in for a chat with Skirvo. Anita wished everyone a very happy christmas and asked everyone to take care now the borders are open again and she addressed the housing shortage and health shortage on the west coast.

Today on the Breakfast Show, Skirvo spoke to Steve Scott, the Acting General Manager of MMG Rosebery about the new referral they have submitted under the federal environment protection and biodiversity Conservation act for drilling and other preliminary works necessary to inform the design of a new storage facility at South Marionoak. Looks like a very positive future is on the way for MMG Rosebery.

Recently Skirvo interviewed Alan Jennison who has created the Western Echo, the proposed new newspaper dedicated to the West Coast
