The 8 Minute Devotion

Pastor Cameron reminds us of the need to control our tongues on today's podcast. Even when we are going through the most unimaginable trials, our attitude can lead to God's deliverance.

After failing to cause Job to turn on the Lord after his initial onslaught, Satan attacked Job in his physical body. Job still refused to curse God, and thus frustrated the enemy's plan, as Pastor Cameron shares today.

On today's podcast, Pastor Cameron continues looking at Job's response to his incredible trial, and reminds us that we can likewise rejoice in the Lord in any situation.

Job lost everything he had in the space of just a few moments - his wealth, his business, and even his children. Yet his response was to fall down and worship the Lord, as Pastor Cameron shares on today's episode.

When the Lord Himself was describing Job, He used the words "perfect, upright, and blameless." There was nothing in Job that was defective - he was walking with the Lord as he should. This type of righteousness is what all believers should desire, as we are reminded today by Pastor Cameron.

Join Pastor Cameron as we start looking at the third of our "3 Trees" - Job. He was an upright and blameless man, and as believers we can aim to live in such a way as well, because of the grace of God.

On today's podcast, Pastor Cameron shares on the importance of persistence - never giving up - in our prayer. The answer to Daniel's prayer was sent the very first day he started to pray, but he had to keep fasting and praying for 21 days to receive the answer! Don't stop seeking the Lord before the answer has been obtained.

Daniel interceded for his nation. He didn't only point the sins of others, but identified with his people. Pastor Cameron discusses how all believers should follow this example on today's podcast!

Do you want to shine? The Lord promises that those who turn many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever, as Pastor Cameron shows us on today's episode!

Pastor Cameron looks at Daniel's remarkable prophetic ability - he was a dreamer who could interpret dreams and visions for others as well. This prophetic gifting is something that all believers should desire and pray for!
