"In the final episode of Series 1 we intended to discuss everything that had happened this year and look at the highlights from the past 6 months. However, given more recent events with the Black Lives Matter protests, we felt there was a more important conversation to have.

In Luke’s words we get ’real and raw’ and talk all things mental health, mindset and so much more.

Our Zoom odyssey continues with this weeks guest, Nathaniel Hall. He is theatre maker and sexual health activist best know for his outstanding show ”First Time” which documents his experience of contracting HIV at the age of 16 and how it has shaped his life. We’re sure everyone will get something out of this episode.

In this weeks episode we have a chat with Gary Andrews, aka Gary Scribbler, discussing his fascinating career and the tragic circumstances that brought him national notoriety. It is impossible not to be touched by Gary's story and we hope you enjoy listening as much as we loved (virtually) meeting him.

‘Inspirational’ is a word that you will be hearing (a lot) on our podcast. That is our raison d'etre. Without hyperbole; Jane’s story of being a young widow could appear in the dictionary under ‘Inspiring’. Grief, art and finding joy again. Oh…and roller-skating.

On a personal note I can say that Jane has lived through my deepest fear and is now thriving. I’ve found a new hero. This was the episode I joined the team and I’m so glad I did. Producer Ant
