Basic points to get rid of depression are as follows. 1. Meditation- It will relax your mind and give you a positive perspective of your situation or problem. 2. Talk with your loved ones- This thing will make you feel better and you can get a suggestion or some solution from it. 3. Exercise- Exercise increases the blood flow which helps your brain to function good and it releases the good hormones in your body. 4. Eat healthy- Eat Healthy, Think Healthy. 5. Get up early in the morning 6. Stay away from negativity or negative people. 7. Sleep in a good amount.
