Video #1 is about getting to know Jehovah Rapha, the Lord your healer. God is a healer, it's part of who he is, it's in his nature. 

And we are talking about creating the environment in your body that leads to health.

Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

We are in a time of the year when God likes to shift and reposition his people. He does this because he loves us. If he is shifting and repositioning us, he is trying to move us to a higher level, but change can be uncomfortable. This is a time where he may be stretching us so that we grow. He must put enough tension on us for enough time to create the change that he wants to see. He knows how to put just the right amount of stretch on us so that the results come and nothing tears.

If an uncomfortable situation is happening right now, know that the discomfort is actually keeping you from pain down the road and is serving to move you closer to the desires of your heart, even if it seems like you are moving in the wrong direction.

The key during this season successfully is to relax and let him stretch us. If a massage therapist found a restriction in your body, they would probably ask you to relax in order to let them work on the area. God knows the areas that are restricting his power from flowing in our lives. He will remove those areas if we relax and yield to him as he does his work.

Today is Fellowship Friday - The Love Accelerator

1 John 1:7 says, "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin." 

To walk in the light is also to walk in love, and the indicator is that we have fellowship with one another. 

The shortcut to walking in the light is gratitude. 

If there are any strained relationships, how could you take steps toward restored fellowship today?

Let's ask God to help us walk in the light and in fellowship the way he desires.

 This month our message is Resetting Your Confidence away from being confident in yourself to being confident in God being with you.

Isaiah 41:10 says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

One of the themes that is all throughout the Bible is that God doesn't want us to fear. He wants us to be confident that he's with us, he loves us, and nothing is impossible for him.

Today's communion is a time of gratitude for God's faithfulness.

Workouts are a great time to remember that he's with you, and to practice allowing him to do the work.

Today is Thankful Thoughtful Thursday

Today let's make sure we encourage the people around us by telling them how thankful we are for them.

 Psalm 136:1 says, "Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.

Let today be a day of also giving thanks to the Lord for he is good, and his love endures forever.

And something I have learned recently is the importance of mixing joy into our thanksgiving. Let's give joyful thanks today.

Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the Lord.

Your emotions or feelings play a big part in how you feel. Stirring joyful thanks into your body is great for your health.

Today is Work in the Flow Wednesday ( The Health & Time Accelerator)

Wednesday is a reminder to work in flow with the Holy Spirit... Our indicators are peace and joy.

Health is a frequency, and working with peace and joy changes the internal environment.

Think about how much time we waste worrying, complaining, feeling down, venting, etc.

What could we accomplish if we reinvested that time into productive work with God. 

Focus on the emotional state you do everything in today, and if possible, work deeply on things that will really make a difference. 

Let's ask God to help us work in the flow today the way he desires.

This month we are talking about Resetting Your Confidence away from confidence in yourself to being confident in God and the finished works of Jesus.

And we've talked about how condemnation is one of the biggest things that steals our confidence. 

Romans 5:18 says, "Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people."

One trespass resulted in condemnation in our relationship with God but through the righteousness of Jesus we have been justified rather than condemned. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand that we've been justified, and to walk in that revelation with confidence. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups, and sit-ups are one of the best ways to build your fitness. They can serve as your primary workout or as a great warm-up for weightlifting.

Today is Transformation Tuesday (The Family & Order Accelerator)

Tuesday is a reminder that the way to get to the next level in anything is to make the most of your current level.

Make it a goal to transform every environment you go into...

We can transform our spiritual environment by beholding the glory of God.

We can transform our inner world by renewing our mind to God's love and truth.

We can transform our home, workplace, etc by creating more order and bringing peace and joy into the environment. 

We can also transform difficult or adverse situations, through God's grace, power, and wisdom that's within us.

Let's ask God to help us transform every environment we are in today.

This month we are talking about Resetting Your Confidence, away from confidence in yourself, to being confident in God and the finished works of Jesus.

And lately we've talked about getting rid of condemnation, because it steals our confidence.

Thinking of condemnation reminds me of something I wrote in my book, "7 Dates With Jesus," about how God has rolled away reproach from us(Joshua 5:9), removed our old heart of stone, and given us a new heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26-27).

When the stone was rolled away from the tomb of Jesus it was symbolic of him rolling away condemnation or reproach from us. 

And in Genesis 29:3 is the story of Jacob meeting Rachel. It says, "When all the flocks were gathered there, the shepherds would roll the stone away from the well’s mouth and water the sheep. Then they would return the stone to its place over the mouth of the well."

In order for us to walk in confidence I think that one of the things we must do is rolling away condemnation from our mouth. We tend to beat ourselves up and condemn ourselves with our words. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us roll away condemnation from our mouth.

Pay attention to how you talk about your health and fitness, and what is possible for you.

Today is Memorial Monday - The Financial Accelerator.

Mondays are a reminder that a Memorial Portion, just one very small step of faith, can help you remember that God is with you and He's more than enough. One small step of faith can open up a supernatural flow of whatever you need. 

When Jesus multiplied the fish and loaves, it started with just a little bit of bread and fish. 

When the widow woman was down to her last meal Elijah had her make him a small cake first. 

If finances are tight... Give a few dollars.

If a relationship is strained... Do one small kind act for the person. 

If you are pressed for time... Give away a few minutes to someone else.

If something looks overwhelming take one small step in that direction. 

Let's ask God to help us give a Memorial Portion that is pleasing to him today.

This month we are talking about Resetting Your Confidence, away from being confident in yourself to being confident in God and the finished works of Jesus.

Last week we talked about how condemnation is probably the biggest thing that steals our confidence. 

We tend to beat ourselves up and put pressure on ourselves.

But Romans 8:1-2 says, "“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.”

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that the law of the Spirit of life has set us free and redeemed us from all condemnation so that we can be confident in God's presence.

Stretching before bed is one of the best things you can do to keep your joints feeling great.

We are in a time of the year where God likes to pivot, change directions, and reposition things -including people.

If you are experiencing a shift or feeling a nudge that God wants you to make a shift, this feeling is probably from him.

These shifts take place because God wants to have people functioning in their highest capabilities.

He will often shift things to bring out the best in us...but he will always give us the choice as to whether we will reposition or not.

All along God's path there are forks in the road where we will be given the choice as to which direction we will go. He always gives us free will.

As you make these decisions follow a sense of peace on the inside.

When we look at what God has called us to do, it usually looks impossible, and if we look at what we can do in our own strength, we can lose confidence.

But he didn't call us to do it alone. 

He is by your side to help, and we can be confident that he will see it through to completion.

One of my favorite ways to finish a workout is with farmers walks. This is just picking up weights and walking with them. This exercise trains the ankles, hands, and pretty much everything in between.

Hebrews 10:19-23 says, "Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water."

Today's communion is a time of gratitude that we can confidently enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus and that he opened a new and living way for us. And we are asking God to help us be fully confident in our faith.

Taking time to go for walks with God is a great way to increase your activity while also connecting with God.

1 John 3:19-22 says, "And by this we will know that we belong to the truth and will assure our hearts in His presence: Even if our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our hearts, and He knows all things. Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God, and we will receive from Him whatever we ask, because we keep His commandments and do what is pleasing in His sight.…"

I think one of the biggest things that zaps our confidence is condemnation. We condemn ourselves over all the ways we've missed it, rather than giving ourselves grace. When we put our confidence in ourselves it leads to condemnation, but when our confidence is in God and what Jesus did for us, we can be confident at all times. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us be confident in him all the time by rolling away condemnation. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

If you miss a workout or have a bad meal, give yourself grace and get back on track. I've seen a lot of people through the years beat themselves up for weeks after one bad meal, and it completely derails them.
