Acharya Shree discusses how suppressed problems often go unnoticed unless triggered by an outside cause. Because we exaggerate problems and magnify them unnecessarily, it creates negativity within us. It is better to learn how to face challenges in life, in a positive and optimistic way, versus being affected by it. According to Acharya Shree, problems are like a pinch of ashes placed into a cup of milk. The ashes should not take away the flavor of the milk. Unfortunately, people get so affected by problems, make them bigger than what they are, resist and suppress their problems, and because of this people do not heal, they cannot flow, they are constantly stressed, all which lead to a weakened immune system which makes them susceptible to disease and other health issues.
