Acharya Shree Yogeesh, on the third day of Paryushan, talks about the trishula (a weapon that has 3 thorns), which represent the body, mind and speech. The body, if not taken care of, becomes unhealthy and prevents spiritual growth. A healthy body is required for spirituality. Abusive, negative language creates a thorn in your life and others. A disturbed, unbalanced or negative mind creates a thorn in your path as it may take you on the wrong direction. By discipling your thoughts, actions, and speech your spiritual life will totally change. In addition, Acharya Shree continues the questions and answer session of Chapter 29 in the Uttaradhayana.
