The Actionable Mindset

Brandon is currently navigating his first year of real estate investing while working a W2 tech sales job. He started his career as an entry-level salesperson at a couple start-ups before joining a Fortune 100 company and rising up the ranks there. He’s been working remotely since 2020 which really ignited his passion for finding ways to make money while being able to travel and being location independent. He explored a couple different side hustles in the digital marketing and social media space before deciding to put all of his focus into off-market real estate. He’s been wholesaling virtually from Chicago into the Charlotte market and is quickly gaining momentum after some early struggles.

Andrew Jarrett is a native of Western New York, where he was part of numerous profitable redevelopment opportunities on single-family homes. Donald Hyun Kiolbassa is an Illinois licensed Attorney and CPA with a focus on Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Tax Law.  Over the past 16 years as an attorney, Donald has managed over 8,000 Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions.  Prior to becoming an Attorney, Donald worked as a CPA with Big Four Accounting Firm KPMG LLP.   

When not practicing law, Donald was a gold medalist for the 2008 United States Wushu Team (Not Olympics).  Wushu translates to “Chinese Martial Arts.”  After winning gold, he caught the attention of Warner Bros. Games, and is the martial arts motion capture model in some of the biggest action video games in history including Mortal Kombat (Scorpion and Subzero) and Injustice (Batman and Flash).  Donald also is the author of the Discover Your Dragon series, which translates Martial Arts principles for character development and strategy.

Nicholas is the founder of The Collective Black, he loves all athletics and has played football semi-pro and pro.  He is a current HS football coach although his career is all sales oriented.
