An entrepreneur at his core, Larry English is CEO of Union Property Company, a purpose-driven real estate investment firm characterized by 30+ years of experience amongst firm leadership where he leads the strategic vision of the organization. Prior to joining Union Property Co.

Larry was one of the top picks in the 2009 NFL Draft when he was selected 16th overall by the then San Diego Chargers. Very early on in his professional career Larry had the foresight to see beyond simply his career in professional sports, taking necessary steps toward becoming an owner and changemaker in his own right deciding to allocate early on-field earnings toward real estate investment and his philanthropic pursuits through the Larry English L.EA.D. Foundation, launched in 2010.

Upon his retirement, following a seven-year playing career Larry recognized an opportunity to pursue a mission bigger than himself to fill an apparent void in the real estate industry for diverse operators and developers. His early development projects with total capitalization north of $80MM through the “Goal Line Capital” family of partnerships would look to address this greater cause.

Larry is a member of the board of directors for the “Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund” while also serving as an active member of the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Chapter. He resides in Los Angeles along with his wife Nicole.

Kirby served 11 years on active duty in the U.S. military, first attending the United States Military Academy at West Point and then traveling the world as an officer in the Army. During his time in the service, he developed a strong interest in real estate entrepreneurship. He began studying and reading as much as he could on the topic, and he bought his first rental property in 2006. 

In 2011, he left the service and earned his MBA with a focus on real estate finance. While attending graduate school, he started his first real estate investment company, rehabbing over 100 properties either to flip or keep as rentals in the Chicago area. 

Today, Kirby primarily focuses on investing in high-cash-flowing vacation rental properties. He owns a portfolio of vacation rentals in northern Indiana, where he lives on a 45-acre farm with his wife and young kids. He also helps others who work a full-time job to buy and set up their first high-cash-flowing vacation rental through his signature program called Your First Vacation Rental Investment Blueprint. Ten percent of all profits that he earns are donated to support veterans in need.

Joyce Zhang Gray is the Founder and CEO of Alariss Global, a Silicon Valley-based global expansion tech startup, which helps international companies hire remote American salespeople.

She was previously the first employee and VP of Sales for Human Interest, a Fintech unicorn. In Asia, she worked for the President of Microsoft Asia-Pacific in Singapore and as a regional manager for Groupon China (JV with Tencent).
