In this Periscope replay, I dive back into the INCREDIBLE book - 'Get Off Your "But"' - by Sean Stephenson - for one last time!

This might sound a little harsh, but from my experience of people, I'd say that at least 90% of folk I meet, ARE NOT taking FULL responsibility for where they are in life.

They're happy to take responsibility for the good, but they are full of reasons for why the bad just 'happened to them'.

This is actually a really disempowering way to live your life.

Acting from a place where life simply happens to you, will screw you up on so many levels.

Listen to this scope to discover a simple equation that Sean calls 'The Freedom Formula' - it's really going to help you OWN your sh*t - and experience WAY MORE SUCCESS!

I recently closed registration on my high-performance mindset coaching program for actors - check out www.bulletproofactor.com for more details.

The program is only open for 7 days, once or twice a year. During that time I usually receive a deluge of emails from actors - all looking to master their mindset for a more successful life and career.

This time was no different - over 7 days, I received 127 emails from actors - all struggling to keep their heads above water.

The OVERWHELMING theme of so many of these emails, was NEGATIVITY - as if these actors could see NOTHING but NEGATIVITY in their lives and careers.

Listen to this scope to discover why negativity will do nothing but cripple your acting career success - along with 7 things you should do EVERY DAY to make POSITIVITY in your life LOUDER!

Welcome BACK to a BRAND NEW, monthly Act On This feature!

I'm very pleased to say that more and more people have been tuning into my LIVE Periscope broadcasts recently - and we now have 400-500 actors watching every Monday and Wednesday night at 9PM (UK time).

I want to make sure I'm giving MAXIMUM value to this audience, so I've decided to open the floor up for an #ActOnThisTV open mic Q&A free for all on the FIRST Monday of each month.

This is YOUR chance to ask me ANYTHING on acting, voiceover, social media marketing, mindset... whatever you like.

Listen to this scope to discover how to tackle that waiting period after a casting, the importance of being authentic - none of this bullsh*t 'FAKE it til you make it' nonsense (trust me - it won't do you any good!), what I wish I'd known about the acting industry 10 years back - AND MUCH MORE!
