We continue the review of Pastor Tony Evans' book Kingdom Man. Today’s episode explores how to work in your authority of Headship. All men fall into three categories of “hoods.” The first is malehood, which is the sexual identity known at birth or from the womb through ultrasound. Unfortunately, some men stay defined here for their entire lives.

The second hood is Boyhood here. It is characterized by immaturity mixed with dependency. “Boys do not make wise decisions on their own, which is fine if you are seven.” Here, too many men have not graduated from it all their lives. They keep looking for someone else to be responsible for them. Looking for who to clean up their mess- not just physical, but emotional, financial, or relationship messes they created why in a hurry, making unwise or selfish decisions. The third, of course, is Manhood.
