Website accessibility plugins can serve multiple purposes, from general, marginally beneficial accessibility options (e.g., increase text size, change color scheme, etc.) to specific modifications such as adding form field labels in specific instances.  Wordpress and Shopify plugins are available, but note that some plugins are merely a ruse (i.e., an overlay under a different name).

Legitimate plugins will disclaim their limitations and not claim "full compliance" or WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

Kris Rivenburgh explains why SEO as a selling point to ADA website compliance / accessibility is disingenuous.  Remediating your website for WCAG conformance may help with some foundational SEO practices (e.g., page title, heading structure, descriptive anchor text links, alt text values, semantic HTML vs. visual mark-up) but your website's  ranking in Google will not dramatically increase.

Beyond being basic best practices, you likely already have these items in place.  However, a handful of vendors in the website accessibility space push  the SEO angle as a means of selling accessibility.  If a vendor is doing this, beware of their services.

Note that a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template or VPAT is only a template.  The completed VPAT is an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).  However, the two terms are used interchangeably and VPAT is the term more often used in the marketplace.
