Kris Rivenburgh explains why SEO as a selling point to ADA website compliance / accessibility is disingenuous.  Remediating your website for WCAG conformance may help with some foundational SEO practices (e.g., page title, heading structure, descriptive anchor text links, alt text values, semantic HTML vs. visual mark-up) but your website's  ranking in Google will not dramatically increase.
