Adam and Dr. Drew welcome guest Vinnie Tortorich into the studio for today's show and they jump into a continuation of the Communists discussion from yesterday. The conversation then turns to the documentary Vinnie has set out to make on fats and how we as a nation should be, and certainly aren't currently eating. As the show starts to wind down they discover that a young Pat Benatar wrote a song about a young Dr. Drew.

Drew opens the show sharing his final thoughts on the dream he first brought up on Monday's episode. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who was recently diagnosed with hemorrhoids and is trying to figure out what to do, another who is recently sober and is looking for advice from Dr. Drew on how to handle his relationship with his now passed mother. As the show wraps up, Adam and Dr. Drew discuss their feelings around the idea of guilt.

Drew's feeling better about his dream as discussed on yesterday's show, so the guys turn straight to the callers and answer a variety of listener questions including one about mono relating to fatigue, another with a medical condition she thinks is related to smoking, another inheritance question and much more.

The show opens with Adam and Drew discussing a strange dream that he had recently wherein Adam fired Dr. Drew and how Drew reacted to that scenario. Adam also discusses the idea of firing someone and how he decides to take that kind of action. They also turn to the phones and speak to a few callers including one wondering what to do with an inheritance coming his way, another who is starting a new job and looking for Drew's insight, and more.

They then turn to the phones and a caller turns them on to 'Hello Groceries' by Chase, a 70s gem that Adam & Drew have a good time breaking down. Adam also recounts to Drew and funny one two punch he suffered when trying to communicate with one of his guys.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show harkening back to their Loveline days and a clip that Adam played last week on The Adam Carolla Show and he and Drew dissect that moment from Loveline history. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one wanting to school them up on hydro colon therapy, leading to some great jacuzzi stories from Adam's childhood.

Adam opens the show talking to Drew about the massaging of his eyes that he's been doing lately and Drew explains to him how this is still a hangover effect from the eye surgery he had eight months ago. Adam and Dr. Drew open the show taking a call from a caller with an amazing story of her niece being killed by the Golden State killer in 1986. After spending quite a bit of time hearing the details of caller Lee's story they move on to some of the reporting done around the arrest and Drew brings up a polite notice posted by a restaurant that has stirred up controversy online.
