We’ve been over the beginning, and middle of the week, but not the end of the week. Well today I took care of that, so listen in for more.

It’s time to stop bashing ADHD. It’s time to stop blaming ADHD for everything or even some little things. Listen in for my rant on this.

We all make mistakes. Big ones, small ones and ones we didn’t even remember, but we do make mistakes. The thing is there’s nothing to worry about.

I was told years ago we don’t treat ADHD, we work with ADHD. That was from a therapist my parents had me seeing who made a difference in. my life.

Some Monday’s are better than others, like today! It was a creative wind storm of ideas that got me thinking of a problem and a possible save?

I thought this might be the next question about the Gift and the Force. It isn’t to identify, but once you do then it’s about practice. So Practice.
