A little talk about setting goals and a lot on shopping this holiday season.

When it comes to cooking I have my way of doing things that work. A little ADHD, a little Autism, and a little OCD. It all works for me.

Goals, goals, goals. That is the goal I’m trying to finish. I have them all written down on paper and in my head and I’m letting you help.

I thought it would be a good day to get some thoughts out, especially after seeing my numbers from Spotify which inspired me to get. my BUTT in gear.

We’re not done yet with work/life balancing. It’ll take a few episodes to finish so hang in there.

There’s a lot more to work/life balance and I plan to guide you through it over the next few podcasts if you want.
