I thought I should start talking about daily creative thinking. A deeper dive into my brain working, unless that sounds boring? I’m throwing some ideas out there for you to think about.

The melding of creativity was always a fun aspect of ADHD for me. I could take music and art to understand math or science. Then again I might use colors to understand history or math. I hated math, but I was good at it. I love writing/english, but I was told I wrote as I spoke. That could be an issue in the future the teacher said until one day he came to hear me speak and said don’t ever change what you do.

Writer’s Block and Creative Block are things that happen to the best of us at some point. I was asked the other day about how I deal with creative block so here we go. Is it really a crisis? It depends on the person and when and how it happens. I’ve had more than my share and have lived through them. I shouldn’t sound so dramatic, but sometimes I end up with a migraine that just wasn’t worth the crisis. Listen in for more.

We all have those negative days where it seems like there is no way out. Everyone around us urging us to be positive, but we can’t seem to find something positive to think about. My take is this, find something that brought you positive vibes in the past and use it to move forward. Listen for more detail.

The number of ideas that are generated in a day with the ADHD brain is off the wall. It’s like a giant jigsaw puzzle we have to work on for the day. It’s whether we finish it or not. It doesn’t matter as long as we continue to create and create more.
