Today we dive into the truth about perspective and reality and how they correlate. What do you tell yourself? What do you truly believe about yourself? Is it good? Is it bad? Be very careful of the words you choose inside that space between your ears.

In times like these people are very scared and fearful but please not make the mistake of focusing solely on things you cannot control. Also in times like these, it is massively important to control your thoughts and where your energy goes to, that’s what we will talk about today.

Today we dive into those dark negative thoughts we have. Everyone has some negative thoughts but let’s remember to not blindly cover them up, but actually use them to help us get to where we want to be.

Mental toughness- overcome the doubts, fears, obstacles, etc. You need it; but how do we get it and how do we improve it? Today I’m back and breaking down the importance of mental toughness and how you can start improving it NOW.

Assume everyone’s knows something you don’t. Don’t be a know it all and start learning. Look, sometimes talking to certain people feels like a waste but don’t let it be, learn something from it. Now, for the people who do bring value and naturally teach you things, learn all you can! Whether it’s good or bad, all conversations and experiences can teach you something if you’re open to learning from them.

How do we measure success? Money? Fame? Impact? Is there really even a way to measure? I don’t think so. After careful thought I’ve came to realize success will never be measurable by anyone but the one person trying to measure their own success, even then it’s difficult. Bottom line, what success is to you isn’t always going to be success for someone else and vice versa.

Everyone will accomplish things at different points of their life. Never does that mean you’re too late or too early. Life has a funny way of making things happen at different points. So, next time you worry about where someone else is at in their journey, stop. Trust me, focus on your path and your time frame and progression will rapidly increase.

Too many people give up way too damn quick. Seriously, why is that? Maybe they see only the end goal and it seems so far. Well how about taking into account all the small wins and progress you’re making towards that end goal? Try that and you’ll be a lot more encourage to achieving what you want.

Today was a little more difficult to get my thoughts in order. To be honest I felt I had too much information but wanted to break it down. Overall I wanted to cover some key points about improving your communication and speech skills. In a digital world that needs more communicators, I did my best to help with my key tips.
