2020 is 3 months away people. Start whatever changes you want to see in 2020 now. Set yourself up to make 2020 your best year. Do things now to set yourself up to dominate and have that success you been looking for. Remember, the year will be here before you know it!

Our lives are filled with habits, most we aren’t even aware of. So, wouldn’t you want to make sure they were good habits? Too many times people think they can’t change a bad habit, or struggle with it. Well I’m here to tell you it won’t be easy, but you can fix them. Big shoutout to Rob Dial’s podcast for teaching me how important habits truly are.

In a world where negativity seems to be everywhere...stay strong to your core beliefs and be a good person. It can be hard sometimes, but stand your ground and stick to your values and you’ll be okay. No matter what field you’re in, being a good, strong person will greatly benefit you. You never know what others are going through and sometimes a simple act of kindness can go a long way.

I tried not to digress too much here but let’s talk about positive changes. Too many people fear change because it can be unknown, scary, etc. However, if we start making the changes ourselves we can learn to embrace them. It’s never easy to change, but it’s necessary to grow. We must become “comfortable being uncomfortable”
